Refund policy
Due to the nature of enamel pins, we do not generally offer returns. In the event of receiving a damaged pin, or a pin that the customer feels is outside the purchased grade, please Contact Us.
Please keep in mind pre-sales can take 2-8 months and when purchasing a pre-sale you are agreeing to waiting until production is complete. To cancel a pre-sale, please contact us. If you cancel a pre-sale, you will temporarily lose access to the shop for 3 months.
Lost mail: Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the pin is in the hand of the carrier. We recommend filing a missing mail request directly with them. In the US, missing mail requests are much easier than they used to be and is a quick online form here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
